Sculpture, Pottery and Everything in Between
A ceramics exhibition featuring more than 500 ceramic works displayed across five spaces. The works, encompassing sculpture and pottery, present an exceptional variety of experimentation and exploration of the qualities and possibilities of the material.
The exhibition presents the perspective of the individual, based on a view of the person as the driving force behind their own creative work. At the same time, it offers a broader perspective in which the works are seen as products of mutual influence throughout the creative process. Together, they form a mosaic that constitutes a much larger whole.
The works are distinguished by their use of unusual colors and glazes, with some resulting from special firing processes. In this sense, they express the idea that working with material is an experimental space that continually dares to test its boundaries throughout every aspect of the creative process. Some of the works also express fascinating conceptual approaches, resulting from a creative process that emphasizes the development of ideas and the interaction between material, form and concept.

The renowned annual exhibition, whose reputation has spread far and wide, is a showcase for works that express the personal place of each student. It reflects an approach that places the individual at the center, according to their own aspirations and through both a personal and shared process, while seeking to expose them to contemporary artistic discourse. The exhibition represents all the students who study a full day in the department, with an emphasis on the different levels of experience and development.
The Ceramics School at the Shared Art Center, together with the courses offered there, provides ceramics enthusiasts with opportunities to learn, experiment, develop and exhibit their work!
