The
GH GH Ceramics Studios
The is a laboratory setting for experimenting with
and learning from master teachers and peers. The space is run by master teacher
Avner who’s approach to Ceramic arts is through exploration and discovery,
mentoring and apprenticeship. The studios offer both classes and drop in
experiences.
Each year, at the end of the academic
cycle, the GH Art Gallery showcases the work of the ceramics department at the
GH Gallery. The exhibitions are a magnificent reflection of the wide range of
traditional and cutting edge/ interdisciplinary approaches to working within
the medium of Ceramics.
The
GH Art Gallery
The GH Art Gallery is a lab space for
asking big questions, creating collaborations and curating exhibitions that
reflect topics in our diverse complex society. Our exhibitions showcase artists
from all cultures in our society, especially Arab and Jewish, both emerging and
established, local and international. Our exhibition cycle is such that we
feature about six exhibitions per year, including one dedicated to our Ceramics
Studios and one dedicated to our G GHIS
art students. Follow us on social media
please! We love having visitors in all our platforms, physical and
virtual. #ghartgallery @ghartgallery

The
GH shared & Special art projects
As a community based regional art
center, we aim to always look for and experiment with special opportunities to
collaborate with other organizations and art ventures in order to broaden our
public programs offerings. We are lucky to be part of the Givat Haviva
organization, which mission of promoting and building a shared society through
education, is part of the GH Art Center’s ethos. As such, we create cultural
events and projects throughout the year, that bring together our broader
community to experience jointly the power and joy of art in all its many media,
platforms and expressions, locally and abroad.
The
GH Art School
The GH Art School is intended to invite and encourage adults in our extended
regional community, those with or without prior experience, to be able to learn
or deepen practice in different art media within the setting of the GH Art
Center. The center’s holistic setting, including our ceramic studios, sculpture
garden and galleries, offers our students exposure to top artists and thought-provoking
exhibits, in our lovely and ever-changing galleries and studios.
